Please give more flexibility!

Anyconnect is useless for me anymore, I want my VPN to stay alive when Iphone goes to sleep like it was before ! Please give the choices to enables or disabled "DisconnectOnSuspend" because my university does not allow autoreconnectbehavior !!!
